In 2 U personal Training sessions are personal and 100% focused around you. Sessions run from 40 minute to 60 minutes depending on what results you are after.
The first step we take to organising your session is to book you in for an ‘no obligation’ one-on-one consultation with a In 2 U Trainer, where you will be able to go through what your health and fitness goals are and what you are looking to achieve.
Our trainers will sit down and go through your options on how to get those personal and important fitness goals started. We will take the guess work out of your training and set up specially tailored training sessions that are unique and focused around keeping you motivated.
Haven’t trained before? Not to worry, after a consultation with a trainer we will put together a training session that will have you feeling confident and excited about your fitness journey!
